This shoulder sequence has been something I have used to keep my shoulders healthy and warmed up specifically for BJJ. You don't need any equipment at all except the belt which can be one of the best tools to use for your mobility. This sequence is quick, easy, and is a useful warm up that will get you ready to train. Perform everything to comfort and discontinue if you have any pain.
