The Essential 10-Minute BJJ Warm Up is a combination of my years of knowledge as a BJJ practitioner and Physical Therapist to give you the best techniques that I have used to keep my teammates and myself injury-free and training hard over the years.

My name is Eugene, some of you may know me from my YouTube channel, The Jiu-Jitsu Therapist.

 

I am a BJJ black belt and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have been working with grapplers for over 10 years and have dealt with my own injuries throughout my time on the mats.

I have created this warm-up series to be easy to follow, specific to grapplers, and ultimately an effective approach to warming up and getting the most out of your body.
