My name is Dr. Eugene Tsozik.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.

My passion for physical therapy and martial arts have been intertwined since I first started training BJJ in 2008, which just so happened to be the same time that I attended graduate school to become a Physical Therapist.

 

(Funny side note: The decisive factor in choosing my first Physical Therapy job was that the job was less than a mile from the gym and I could train right after work)

I have had the opportunity to work with elite Jiu-Jitsu practitioners, professional MMA fighters, and the everyday recreational athlete thats trying to maintain their body to enjoy the benefits of training BJJ.

Through all of this experience, as well as my own injuries, I have developed my style of rehab, injury-prevention, and performance training to be geared towards improving performance of anyone who loves training and staying consistent on the grappling mats.
